xIf you have a Volkswagen or Audi such as the A3, Golf or other models you may need a replacement actuator. This fits IS12/20/38 & B9A4 turbochargers. Includes extension rod for MQB application.
The electronic actuator is a great device but is prone to premature failures. Most of the time you do not need a new turbo but only a new actuator.
You can calibrate this new actuator on your vehicle with the help of VCDS which most European auto mechanic garage has, or you can send us your turbo which we can calibrate it for you. Calibrating charge is 49$CAD.

Shipping Processing Times

Turbo Parts Canada Inc. (TPC) ships to domestic address via Purolator and UPS, International orders usually ship via UPS
Local Pick-Up
In-Store pick up is available Monday-Friday 10am – 4pm. We will call you or send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to do curb-side pickup, please call us to make arrangements.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on any installed turbochargers or parts sold by Turbo Parts Canada Inc., regardless of the
fault or reason.
Refund is only offered for 30 days from the shipping date on uninstalled items. Turbochargers sent back
within this period must be in the original state it was shipped in. Under no circumstances shall Turbo Parts
Canada Inc. issue a refund if we deem the turbocharger has been tampered with, used, installed or modified
by anyone other then Turbo Parts Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any approved returns.
Special order items are non returnable.
