This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the return and refund of products purchased from Turbo Parts Canada Inc. By purchasing from us, you agree to adhere to the provisions outlined herein.
Refunds will not be issued for any turbochargers or parts that have been installed, regardless of the reason or fault. For exceptions, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Refunds for uninstalled items are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the shipping date.
Items must be returned in their original state, which includes:
Being double-bagged and sealed.
Properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
In the original box with all accompanying materials intact.
Items that have been tampered with, used, installed, or modified (other than by Turbo Parts Canada Inc.) will be deemed ineligible for refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative and handling costs.
Special order parts are non-refundable. These include items that are custom-made or sourced on a case-by-case basis, making them ineligible for returns or refunds.
To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team for troubleshooting and a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
Provide Required Documentation: Order/Invoice Number
Prepare the Item for Return:
Ensure the item meets the original state requirements for packaging.
Seal the turbo in a leak-proof bag and pack carefully to prevent transit damage.
Include some documentation relating to the purchase so we can identify who it is coming from.
Ship the Item: Use a reliable shipping service to return the item to the provided address. We recommend UPS for reliable tracking and delivery.
Shipping costs (to and from TPC) are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers will be notified of the refund approval or rejection status via email or phone.
For products that are defective, customers must refer to the Warranty Policy for information on repairs or replacements. This policy does not extend or modify statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
