SHIPPING POLICY

Turbo Parts Canada (TPC) Inc. -- Shipping Policy

Turbo Parts Canada Inc. is committed to providing professional and reliable service throughout the turbocharger rebuild and upgrade process. To maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency, customers are required to adhere to the shipping procedures outlined in this policy.

All turbochargers must be prepared, packaged, and documented according to the instructions provided. Failure to comply may result in delays, additional costs, or the return of the shipment by the carrier. Please note that Turbo Parts Canada Inc. assumes no liability for damages or delays caused by improper packaging, incomplete documentation, or carrier error.

Shipping Processing Times

Depending on your order processing times can vary. Please contact us directly at service@turbopartscanada.ca prior to placing your order if you want to confirm lead time for your order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

Shipping Carriers

Turbo Parts Canada Inc. (TPC) ships to domestic address via UPS, Purolator and FedEx. International orders usually ship via UPS  

Local Pick-Up

In-Store pick up is available Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm. We will call you or send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to do curb-side pickup, please call us to make arrangements.

Stock Orders
Items that are in stock at TPC will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days on orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.

Some products may be drop shipped directly from a manufacturer and may have extended lead times.  

Shipping to Billing Address

To help protect both TPC and our customers from fraudulent activity TPC will NOT ship to a mismatched address. TPC will only ship to confirmed billing address.

If you have recently moved and have not yet updated your billing information for example, please reach out to customer service prior to placing your order so proof of residency can be established.

Without proof of residency TPC will NOT be able to ship to an address other than your billing address to help protect you and TPC from potential fraud. TPC will ultimately decide if an alternate address can be shipped to or not.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping includes all of Canada. TPC is NOT liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping. For insuring packages against lost or stolen packages, please reach out to us prior to shipping for a quote on costs.  TPC is only liable for shipping issues if shipment insurance has been requested and purchased prior.


International Shipping

All international shipments will be sent via UPS unless specified from the ordering customer. TPC is NOT liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping. For insuring packages against lost or stolen packages, please reach out to us prior to shipping for a quote on costs.  TPC is only liable for shipping issues if shipment insurance has been requested and purchased prior. 

Customers are responsible for paying customs brokerage and applicable duties & taxes for their order. TPC will not modify commercial invoices in order to reduce fees.

Shipping Type - Terms and Conditions

All Products are shipped F.O.B Origin "Free On Board - Origin"

Free On Board, is a transportation term that indicates that the price for goods includes delivery at the Seller’s expense to a specified point and no further.

The FOB term is used with an identified physical location to determine:

 1) The responsibility and basis for payment of freight charges

 2) The point at which title for the shipment passes from Seller to Buyer.

  • The Buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading.
  • The Buyer assumes the risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment.
  • The Buyer is responsible for filing claims for loss or damage

To summarized, once the package is delivered to the carrier it is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns 

In the event of a return, you should ship your product to the following address once you have received confirmation (RMA#) from a TPC customer service representative.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Any time you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

In the event that a customer wants to cancel their order, they have 24hrs from the original order date to receive a full refund. After 24hrs should you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped there will be a 15% cancellation fee to help cover administration/processing fees.

Orders that have already shipped the customer has 30 days to return the product in original state it was shipped in. If the item has been installed, used, modified, or tampered with in anyway TPC will not issue a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to any approved returns.

Credit card and PayPal Transaction Fees

These fees are generally in the 1.5%-4.5% range and are not refundable.

Return to Sender / Refused Shipment

In the event a package is Returned To Sender (RTS) or Refused Upon Delivery, a charge for return shipping may occur.
