PLEASE REMOVE ALL ACCESSORIES EXCEPT FOR YOUR WASTEGATE ACTUATOR FROM TURBO PRIOR TO SHIPPING (WATER/OIL LINES, FITTINGS, ETC). TPC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ACCESSORIES ARE LOST OR DAMAGED. To ship your turbo to TPC for repair/upgrade, we recommend you drain all fluids, put the turbocharger in a bag (if possible), and send it along with this form in a sturdy box. Please use suitable packing materials to protect your turbocharger during shipment. All turbochargers sent will incur a $99.00 inspection fee. Fee is waived if turbo is repaired. If turbo is not in sound condition, it will not be reassembled by our staff. Please use a reliable courier such as FedEx, Purolator or DHL to get your package safely to our address. DO NOT USE USPS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. A 50$ fee will apply if we need to pick up your package at the depot. It may take up to 5 business days once received for a quote to be generated. You will have 14 days to approve the repair. If you do not approve the repair, the turbocharger will be returned at your expense. All turbochargers left over 60 days will be sold to recover costs incurred.
***For international shipping please ensure low declared value to avoid customs fees. Any fees paid by TPC thatgoes beyond standard rates will be charged back to the client. **
