K SPEC Evo X Turbo
This K Spec Hybrid, (based off the MHI 18K) comes with our popular 54.8mm billet compressor wheel. Same compressor wheel that is installed in our R Spec turbo but with a smaller turbine wheel to favor better spool times. If you like down low torque for city driving or Auto X events, we recommend this turbo for you.
With our TPC clipped turbine wheel you will reach 28psi at around 3800rpm and make close to 450whp on E85 with supporting mods.
We compared our K Spec wheels with the popular MHI 18K assemnly and found a huge difference in weight and aero technology. Pictures display how much lighter our turbine wheel is and how much more blade surface area our compressor wheel has. Overall you will get a better performing turbo from us.
THIS LISTING IS TO HAVE YOUR STOCK TURBO UPGRADED TO THIS K SPEC. THE ORIGINAL TURBO OFF YOUR EVO X CANNOT BE UPGRADED TO A LARGER TURBINE WHEEL THEN THIS K SPEC SIZE. TO GO BIGGER YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE TURBINE HOUSING WHICH COMES BACK VERY CLOSE TO THE SAME PRICE AS OUR EVO X TURBOS THAT UTILIZES ALL NEW PARTS.
We can upgrade one of our cores and refund you the 200$ core deposit after you send in your original turbo back to us. You will be charged this core charge fee if you do not send in your core prior to the purchase Your core must be free of any stripped threads, broken studs or cracks for the full refund.
All Evo X turbos are built and balanced in Canada by us with 100% new parts. We ship worldwide and usually have all the parts in stock ready to start building. Please contact us for current build times when ready to place the order. Duty fees and rates may vary depending your country of residence.
