GENERAL QUESTIONS
SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES
Depending on your order processing times can vary. Please contact us directly at customerservice@turbopartscanada.ca prior to placing your order if you want to confirm lead time for your order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For more information, please visit our SHIPPING POLICY.
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all select products.
Yes, you can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.
Yes, but some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact us page if you can't see your country listed at the checkout and would like to discuss international ordering options.
There are no refunds on any installed turbochargers or parts sold by Turbo Parts Canada Inc., regardless of the fault or reason.
Refund is only offered for 30 days from the shipping date on uninstalled items. Turbochargers sent back within this period must be in the original state it was shipped in. Under no circumstances shall Turbo Parts Canada Inc. issue a refund if we deem the turbocharger has been tampered with, used, installed or modified by anyone other then Turbo Parts Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any approved returns.
Special order items are non returnable.
ORDER & PAYMENT
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
To add an item to your cart,
select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.
